All 1:1 sessions must be booked a minimum of 24 hour in advance.
Confidentiality Every session is confidential and will not be recorded.
Scheduling/Cancellation Every live video or in-person session must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
No-shows No refunds
Reschedule requests must be sent more than 24 hours in advance.
Cancellations must be done with over 24 hours notice from scheduled session time for a refund.
There is a $100 extenuating circumstance no-show/late reschedule/late cancellation fee that must be paid when you reschedule your session under 24 hours before your scheduled session. If there is a medical emergency or other extenuating circumstance, and you do not show up for your scheduled session, and you do not give at least 24 hours notice, even then, a full refund is not possible, there will be at least a $100 no-show fee applied to your refund.

Reading Styles: Video Chat, Written Reading
Video Chat – Be prepared: When it’s time for your appointment, find a quiet, comfortable place where you have good internet connection. Headphones with the microphone are recommended. If you have a specific question or situation you’d like clarity on, you can let Brigette know in advance on the booking form; or, have it ready in your mind to share with Brigette at the beginning of the reading; if you don’t, we’ll do a general reading.
If you can write and listen at the same time, feel free to bring a paper and pen to take notes. If you know how to do a “screen capture” feel free to record your session. Please note that I’m unable to record live sessions at this time
Membership Payment / Subscription Services
- Cancelling your paypal subscription: The fastest way to cancel your subscription, is to log into your paypal account and change your “recurring payment” options. You can also email Brigette at contact@lovesteadyartslife.com and she can delete your recurring payment from her end.
- Refunds are not possible for memberships.
